I’m an OTR driver and was having APU issues , I called them and service guy told me if I could be there by 2pm they could get me in , it was a new unit so they repaired under warranty!! Can’t find service as excellent as Thermo King of Roanoke anymore !!!!

Very awesome people I had a loaded reefer kept shutting off they pulled me straight in and got me back going fast definitely a place to stop if you need any repairs and awesome people working on the trailers.
