“Took my truck here for an alignment, when I got it back it still wasn't right so I left a review about my experience here. Not long after I posted my review the district manager contacted me and apologized and asked if I could take the truck to their Salem location so they could make it right, they nailed it. Alan at the Salem location took great care of the truck and went above and beyond to fix the problem! Only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is because this location did drop the ball on the first go around but if you ever have any problems make them known and they will make it right!”
