The store was quite cleanly and the staff was very friendly however, I wish the sizes in all different departments were either put together or styles of the same sort we're together.

Lots of great things here! Bins a fun to search through. Auction was pretty busy so looks like it’s a big hit.

Your prices are getting outrageous . These things are given to you and you stick a price on them that is ridiculous

Store was very clean and organized. Employees were very friendly. Found a few good things quickly, as the store was mostly empty at 5pm on a weekday. Docked 1 star for poor packaging. This Melissa & Doug puzzle was in perfect condition but the packing tape used to secure the pieces ripped off the finish. Still a good deal!

This location is clean and well organized with friendly and helpful associates. But there needs to be oversight on the way that employers are tagging clothes and taping up items with more delicate finishes. I saw lots of cute clothes that I would have purchased of it didn’t have a giant hole from the tags punched right through the fabric. Tags can be placed in seams or on fabric care tags, yet they always seem to be punched right through the fabric in obvious places. It might be just a tiny hole in the store, but after washing and use, that hole becomes much bigger. I’m happy to support the cause and get a deal, but not for items that seemingly came into the store in great condition but then are ruined with holes. If there was improvement on keeping the items in better condition, this would a five star rating.

I have been visiting a lot of Goodwills in the Greater Richmond area lately and this is one of the better ones. I go mainly for house goods and this place had 2 things going in it's favor. It had loads of nice stuff and as compared to other Goodwills, the prices seemed reasonable. Today Yellow was half off and there were several tempting items I could have bought for just $2 a piece. In my opinion these are real thrift store prices not overinflated and absurd. My friend did buy a belt. The place is very large and I know I'll be back.

Out of all my years visiting Goodwill I have never met a worker like Sharon. Sharon was just… amazing. I am speechless for words. Checking out is usually just a mindless experience, but with Sharon it felt like I was talking to my aunts. She was so welcoming and made me feel special. Sharon, you really made my day and I wish everyone gets to experience an interaction with you.

An older gentleman who worked there was helping me move a dresser i had just bought. he brought out a dolly to help carry it out, but for some reason instead of using it, he began to shove the dresser across the store floor despite my telling him to please not do that. He broke one of the "legs" of the dresser, a piece of wood was forced off while it was being scraped across the floor. this is a late 1800's antique piece, i was very upset. if you buy furniture here, move it yourself, as they have absolutely no idea what they are doing or how to take care of furniture.
