The service quality was truly exceptional, I can’t wait to come back and see Emily Midgett; She is the best !! (I believe she is the manager) - My situation was complicated from the previous day - she listened and took care of everything. Maliek battle is awesome he makes sure the customer satisfaction is outstanding! Very helpful an goes out of his way for his customers. He should be the manager for this store. Darius has messed up my account an maliek is doing what he can to fix the mistake to keep a new customer.

Darius the manager is very dishonest! Make sure whatever transaction he does look at it carefully! If he does you wrong he will dodge you,not help you or just screw you in general! Store is never open on time!

I have been to this Cricket store twice and both times I was very satisfied with the service, helpfulness, professionalism and friendliness of its employees. Clinton in particular was most helpful and courteous. I will definitely return to this location if I need any assistance with a phone or a hotspot

Worker is really rude on April 15 2022 at 7 pm. Maybe you should be more worried about helping your customers and less worried about getting on your chat group while you are working. Ridiculous. Phones are not turned on so you really have no idea what you are buying. Also. Tripped over your sign that is just laying on the ground. How about do your job instead of getting paid to chat

I've had a Cricket account for 3 years, so when my phone started dropping messages and 2nd battery had to be charged a few times a day I knew it was time for a change. I purchased an Alcatel Lumos and Michelle said set up would be easy. She worked on the phone for about 15 minutes to transfer all from my old phone... consequences were poor. I had 121 fb friends but only 7 transferred! My contact transfer did not transfer until I took it back and she said "it's here", some are missing, some have partial or noaddress, phone numbers are missing, etc. My calendar was also missing and suddenly appeared when I took the phone back to complain. Oh, I forgot to mention that the phone was set up under my nickname (I used for fb marketplace & buy nothing messaging) and I have been unable to correct it. I would love to know where to take it to get it fixed so I can stop carrying 2 phones.
