Walgreens in Coeburn Virginia is usually crowded, making it very unpleasant. The prices are high on their items but, you can get some things at a good sale price. It takes about 30i minutes to get a prescription filled. The pharmacist is almost always very nice and knowledgeable.

This is the absolute worst pharmacy/Walgreens I have ever been to! I have been a Walgreens customer for over 10 years. As I have moved a few times they have continued to be my go to, until now! I was treated rudely and very poorly by the pharmacy staff when all I wanted to do was update my insurance. My insurance is a private insurance I pay for and is not government assistance, it is expensive and I want to use it to the fullest advantage, but they acted like it was just 40 dollars so what’s the big deal if your insurance wont pay for it ?The big deal is that I have never in my life been treated like that. Yes I don’t specifically pay for your wages but I am a paying customer and deserve to be waited on the same as everyone else that pays. They were so rude to me and my partner that I will be going to the small town pharmacy from now on. I wont be updating my insurance the next time because I won’t be back! If I could give 0 stars I would!
