Johnson Chevrolet is the most genuinely, appreciative car dealership you can deal with. They work hard to get exactly what you want and never try to throw in any extra fees. Great people to deal with!

Worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life. Went in for an air bag recall, stood there with no place to sit and wait. Was never offered a place to do such. An hour later I was ready to leave. Upon leaving I seen dirt in the drivers seat, beat it out the best it would come out. Once I got pulled out into better light that’s when I seen several greasy finger marks on the passenger side headliner just above the door opening . Then I looked on the dash where the air bag had supposedly been replaced and seen the dash had been broken. This is a bad practice getting in cars with dirty hands and clothes. Guess whoever broke the dash during the repair hoped it wouldn’t be noticed and never bothered to mention it.

Johnson Chevrolet is by far best dealership that I’ve ever bought a vehicle from. I have bought several from John and his team and they are top notch!! Best deals, service, and loyalty!!

Stay away, John is so rude there and made me feel like I was worthless. I work very hard for my money and I refuse to be treated like I’m dumb.

Johnson Chevrolet gets 5 stars, being in business, buying multiple vehicles, personal also, they put honesty, fairness and loyalty above all, but the honesty no one can match.

Bought a car here last year on consignment for $5,000 that I was told had nothing wrong with. It is a 2001 Ford Taurus. I immediately started having misfire and took it to Total Car Service and they said it had a bent valve and would cost up to $2000 to fix. I managed to buy some parts and my father in law replaced 2 bent valves plus replaced all filters, plugs and wires as the car still has all original parts and had never had a tune up. During inspection of the head it was found out the gasket had blown and the head was warped. Put it back together and now I have a misfire on the opposite head. Now it's going to cost me again to have it fixed. Tech at Johnsons looked at it and said the same thing I already knew. Now both heads have to be pulled again ?. Only help I got was they looked at it and tried to tell me I would be better off to have a new engine installed, which would cost double if not triple the price of new head job on a car that doesn't book $2,000 according to Kelly blue book. Tim O'Quinn was very nice and did try his hardest to get me in something better, but my credit isn't good enough, so I'm still without a car. Will never buy here again

I have been dealing with them for the several years about a problem with the tire sensor. And they just over look it and don't want to do anything about it.

I have to take a sec and brag about JOHNSON CHEVROLET-BUICK back home in Clintwood. My girlfriend Rebecca (from Knoxville) bought a 2015 Enclave there, and as possible with any used vehicle, it had some issues after about 1,000 miles. John made all the repairs for her at no cost to us and even gave her an oil change, and I didn't even have to ASK for any of that. You aren't going to get that kind of no hassle service at most dealerships. Buying local has its advantages. Buying locally at Johnsons has that advantage and more.
