At first I couldn’t get ahold of anyone but the tow man on call but then Jared returned my email and my calls. The tow bill and storage fee for my car had gotten really high so I just asked to let me get my things out of the car and I was just leaving it . With Christmas and my daughter’s birthday coming up there wa no way I could pay that much money at once . Thankfully explaining all of this to them he understood and worked it out to where a down payment of the money was made and then payments could be made to finish paying the rest. My car was not damaged at all and everything I left in it was exactly where I left it. Not just a great towing service but humble people.
