We want to thank Dakota for helping us today in the most stressful panic filled situation ever! We were broke down literally on the road with two kids and 3 adults for hours. Very helpful, professional, and nice. He drove us home which was about 2 hours away. So thank you so much Yates Recovery & Transport for everything, we really appreciate you so much!! Hope you made it home safe! We definitely recommend this company 1000%.

We're from out of town and the transmission went out of our vehicle on a mountain road late at night. We called Yates and got fantastic service. They got to our vehicle quickly and had it loaded on the truck real fast. He took us and our vehicle to where we were staying and helped make a plan for getting the vehicle to a repair shop the next day. Very fast courteous service with a fair price.Service: Car towing

I was stranded on the side of the road in Clintwood and not only did Yates towing come and get me the quickest but also didn’t charge a lot. Plus the next few days helped me to get the car from my house down to the mechanic shop. Very decent company and hospitable drivers too.Services: Car towing

My husband needed a tow from Galax, VA to his car rental location in Charlotte, NC (about 3-4 hours away). He received a call from Dakota Yates who reassured him he was on his way to him and offered to have something local delivered if he was hungry. He kept in touch with him while in route and when he came, this exemplary dedication to customer service continued. He had care and concern when loading his vehicle, checked on him constantly to make sure he was ok. They made it to Charlotte, NC safely.......I hadn't realized it but, he had been Dakota'd!!!#DakotadAs a wife I was worried but after I experienced this event via my husband, I was able to regain focus and trust Dakota had taken control. Thank You Dakota!Here's how he was Dakota'd.....Dakota was not only a tow truck driver, he was a compassionate human being who shared nothing but unconditional love for my husband (a stranger). I knew Dakota was led by thoughts and actions of his heart vs his head, when I noticed Dakota didn't see the color of my husband's skin-he saw another human being who was in need of help. I thank you again Dakota!He showed nothing short of love for my husband which he has for a neighbor who needed a tow. I blew a tire on my way home tonight. I was scared and alone and these fellas came to my rescue. They made sure I was safe and got home safely. They did everything in their power to make a bad night better and I love them for it. It was super late and freezing cold and they still put my well-being first and foremost. Highly recommend!! Very professional and friendly service. Dakota came to my rescue when I was visiting my rural hometown where access to a tow truck was nonexistent. He drove over an hour to where I was stranded, arriving with a smile on his face ready to do whatever was needed to help. I felt safe and trusted him immediately. He then hauled my vehicle another 30 min to the nearest dealership. None of us want to be in a position where we need to be towed, but if you find yourself in that situation you should definitely call Yates Recovery & Transport. Driver really nice a very patient. Worked with me. But can on give u a 3 star rating. If my car had been n an accident I could see u charging $100 tow bill. And amount of miles u towed it was probably no more than 5 miles. $100 was way to much. $50 would have been plenty for that little bit.
