AJ new owner and Jasmine associate were courtesy and pleasant. Contacted this location to see if USPS package can be dropped off since post office was closed. The caller responded absolutely and the minute I walked in was greeted and asked if I were the person who called. I was helped immediately along with securing the right packaging with ease and later learned he was the new owner! Service impeccable! This is my friendly neighborhood UPS Store. A+!

The owner explained Amazon's policy verbally, which he did not know; when I showed him in writing, he had no answer. Anyway, I left and returned the same box at another UPS store, no questions asked. He lost business for no reason and in the future, too.

I don't even want to give one star!! My package was lost and the store gave me a link for a claim and washed their hands of any responsibility. The claim was processed and they said a check would be received in 3 -5 business days. Here we are 2 months later I still do not have my refund. The store says I have to deal with UPS Capital and UPS Capital says I have to deal with this UPS Store. I continue to remain on hold and no one seems to want to help me get my refund!!!!! Extremely frustrating and unacceptable.
