“Very nice staff and quick. Almost never have to wait in line is a plus. They made passport photos quickly and they've always shipped packages for me quickly. Returns with labels is a fast turn around and the receipt is printed as proof of shipment quickly. They are a keeper.”

I had to return my internet box on short notice, or COX was going to charge me $294 I had just sprang my ankle I couldn’t drive to the UPS I have no family to help me in (VA ) I called the UPS store explained my situation Rodney Middleton, he said he will pick up my box within hour He drove to my home picked up my box less then an hour. I have never experienced customer service as caring and genuine as Rodney . I can’t thank you enough, you definitely saved the day! May God bless you for your outstanding customer service.

I also used printing at this office and it was easy and the price was right. Unfortunately, this office is far from my warehouse, so I cannot use it all the time. “My sons senior night for football was on a Friday. I ordered big heads from an individual and the quality was awful. I didn’t get the big heads from the individual until Thursday at 9pm. I emailed Jen at the UPS store that night, knowing they were closed. Jen responded to me an hour before they opened on Friday, assuring me that she could help me. She was able to get me all 16 big heads, of 12 different players, by 5pm! She saved the day and helped to make senior night special. Jen was very patient, helped work through picture quality issues and explained the process. The big heads were very well made. I highly recommend this store!!”

“Last week, I had a rush print and binding book job for an important last minute meeting. My husband went to the FedEx at 10661 Braddock in Fairfax and he met Mark, the store manager who was extremely professional and allayed our concerns about timing. Before we had arrived, he had even printed out the documents and only waited for us to select our binding design preference. He was incredibly cool under pressure and delivered for us in such a timely fashion. Very grateful to Mark and his efforts that early morning. Thank you, Mark!”

“So if you look at the entrance of Michaels, you can see an itty bitty little sign that says UPS access point. Easy to miss if you are driving by. Just go inside and the cashier can take care of you.”

“My favorite post office. Nice employees, good service. Note that windows are closed on Saturday (all day) & between 2-3p on weekdays (for employees’ lunch). Does not have self-service machines, so avoid those times. Otherwise, my favorite!”

It is a little cluttered with old keyboards and dvds. If you need a place to drop off your ups package or anything along the lines. This is that place for you.”
“This Staples has always had what I needed when I needed it. The staff that I have encountered have always been friendly. What is particularly inviting is that when I have walked into the store, I have been greeted, not by name but still, in other places of business, I have been hard-put to find an employee. The caller responded absolutely and the minute I walked in was greeted and asked if I were the person who called. I was helped immediately along with securing the right packaging with ease and later learned he was the new owner! Service impeccable! This is my friendly neighborhood UPS Store. A+!”
