This pharmacy will never have appropriate stuff to give me a proper service. For some reason they claim things come through wrong from the doctors (all the time) they can’t fix to their systems, it’s impossible to make simple name changes in their system if you happen to have a middle name, they will hand you the medication not knowing what it is with no explanation. They will give generics without your confirmation no explanation made. They will arrange generic medicine double pills they will cause you to miss medication for a week coz they can’t put a word together to make explanations all the stuff is simply act like visually impaired person…

Worst service ever. Customer obsession, ownership principles are very low.They do not advise about the prescription price, insurance pre-authorization until you start asking them.

Made an appointment online for a covid booster a week in advance. I came in a couple minutes early and was told I needed to redo the paperwork that I had already done online, and even more paperwork on my insurance information, despite me insisting that I had already filled these out before and my name was in the system. Alright, no big deal, it's just a bit more paperwork that doesn't take a super long time, and it didn't look like the pharm tech was super experienced so I just redid it again. Even after turning in the paperwork, I sat and waited for 50 minutes. I'm not a confrontational person but at that point I went back to the counter and asked how much longer the wait would be. And I was made to feel like a complete nuisance for even asking. I get that people are busy, but if I knew I'd be waiting for an hour I would've just gone somewhere else. This was the last shred of patience I had for this location.

They were very informative and helpful. Without health insurance, they informed me of the lowest cost alternative coupon to get my prescription filled at a reasonable price. Thanks again.

This pharmacy is great. I have never in many years had any issues with any thing. In fact if they didnt happen to have enough of my medication there. They would call other Giants in the area! They would locate it. Then give them my name and make sure they held what they had till i got there. Never a long wait. In fact everyone is friendly and helpful. My guess is anyone giving them a bad revue are the same people that are the ones who have made the mistake.

I overheard the pharmacy staff talking about how they finally got a review on yelp and decided that I should write one too! :) I've lived in this area for 10+ years and have always come to this giant location to grocery shop & fill prescriptions for my grandma because it's so close and convenient. But over time I have really come to love it here. The pharmacy has recently gotten a bunch of new staff and they're really amazing. Always happy to help and so understanding about all the frustrations that come with insurance authorization and calling the doctor about refills. The store also recent went through some renovations which make the store look a lot more sleek and organized. Still not the fanciest grocery store around but I'll continue to come here because it has almost everything I need and it's close to home!

They needed to contact my doctor to verify and confirm a prescription only to find out 14 hours later their phones weren't working...and knew it. Not sure how they were expecting a call back if their phones were down. When confronted they just stared at me blankly. Jeopardized patient care as I could've called my doctor and had them re route the prescription to another pharmacy- preferably one with working phones. Irresponsible and immoral. I'm sorry there isn't a zero star option.

I had a great experience with Giant's meat department recently and wanted to share. There was a helpful gentleman (could have been the manager of the department) that gave me great advice on how much meat I would need for our Christmas gathering and proceeded to give me a great recipe for preparation. When I expressed concern about the cost he showed me that with my bonus card the price would be reduced by $30. The lady behind the counter was also very pleasant and helpful.
