I wake up today to see they double charged me. Come to find out they didn't auto charge me the month before and blamed it on me after doing auto pay for many months. The owners and managers are conveniently not in. This is NOT the first time. ? NEVER AGAIN! I haven't found what gov acrynm to complaint to yet, but I will. The woman lied to me saying it was insufficient funds, but no transaction was attempted to the bank account. They didn't call me for the miss OR the common courtesy to call for the double charges. This is poorly run.

Don't bother renting a parking space unless you want your camper broken into. We have had our camper parked here for 3 years. My husband went down there to do some work on it only to discover that the window had been busted out. The horse trailer next to us was broken into as well. One of the employees offered us a few months free. Yeah right!! Like that is going to replace the broken window! My husband is moving our camper as we speak! They supposedly have cameras but they are on the other side of the property so I highly doubt they caught anything.

Havent had a self storage unit but i do have a parking space rented they keep a good watch over things also own.the car was there to.
