Pulled in here at 10 pm to fill up. You can fill up but you CAN NOT park with a RV as the semis take up all the spaces. They have their own large parking lot in the back, so why are they allowed to park in the Auto side? We were told they make the rvs move out? Why have rv fill ups if you hate rvs so much? Terrible Flying J.

You guys need to stop waking up drivers who are on there dot break. Also if you want drivers to move start by having your tanker trailer out of fire zone parking. It's the rules right?

All showers needs to be clean waiting here from 15-20 minutes..no one is willing to clean the showers...and the guest lines is more than 9...

I was on my way up to the Natural Bridge and I stopped here for gas. Gas is more expensive in Maryland, so I made sure I filled up here. Nice little gift shop items for purchase.

Truck stop employee came and banged on my truck hard enough to make a dent and advised I can't park in the space I was in... no it was not an actual parking space but a regular practice for tired drivers who hall through the mountains for 8 to 10 hours a day when the truck stop runs out of spaces. She then referred me to a lot next door as though it was a pilot lot and failed to mention that it was a paid lot. When confronted of course she microaggressed and asserted herself as though she was a police officer instead of a pilot employee who would not have a job without truckers... Not to mention the food she eats, the clothes she wears, and every other product that is so kindly brought to her by a truck! Newsflash pilot employees be kind to truckers you work at a truck stop for God's sake! ?

Happy with the store and staff. I'm upset however paying nearly $ 3.00 for Mac and Cheese and I get this. I would expect at least a full container for what's being charged.

even though the store has been remodeled but I would not recommend to use this location laundry. it is a scam at least to say. specially the dryer is not set to pump heat at its capacity rather it's pumps cold air more than pumping heat. the washer also set to different price as such if wish to use heavy washing cycles the price is raised to $3.00. just to make more money. I haven't experienced such issues with other flayingj/pilot travel centers location. I don't recommend to anyone.
