“Our insurance company referred us to Caliber Collision and we are very happy with the results and the quick turnaround.
We were headed out of town for a few days and dropped the car off before we left. We did not expect it to be completed by the time we returned but Caliber actually completed the repairs while we were still out of town. Very quick turn around and we didn't have to spend the extra money on a rental.
We were also kept up to date on how the repairs were coming along and received several text updates throughout the process.

“I have had nothing but great service and positive experiences with this business. I first found them a year ago when I was having issues with trailer lights. They quickly figured the problem out (fuse) and sent me on my way for a very reasonable fee. I remembered how great they were and returned for a trailer hitch install. Again the service was amazing. I had to return again for a different trailer light issue and was quickly helped and problem was fixed before we needed to take the trailer on the road to camp tomorrow. Customer service was great and as my 7year old said while in the show room “this is the cleanest store I have ever seen””

“My vehicle was T-boned bad! They were able to match the older looking Pearl White paint, to the rest of the vehicle. When you looked at it, you didn't go....damn, your passenger side is brighter. “Had a breakdown while coming home from NC, dead battery. Had car towed to the Ruther Glen, VA store where they replaced it. Came to find out they sold me the wrong battery for a car with the stop/start feature. Went to my local store, Inwood WV, they could not have been more helpful.
