I recently just bought a car from here. Amazing car, beautiful! They were very friendly! But… they told me nothing was wrong with it, I test drove it and it drove great, absolutely no lights on. Then when I buy it. As soon as I pull out of the lot 20 minutes later otw home, the check engine light came on and it started acting funny. I do not recommend and do not wish to ever have to deal with them again.

Great family oriented business. Bought a vehicle several years ago and it has run better than all our other vehicles, only ever had to change tires. Very happy customer.

I got a Cadillac SRX from Lakeview Auto in October 2017. I was going to trade in for a newer model car as this one was getting up in miles. After today and the way I was treated by the new car company and how Mr. Toone handled the situation and still offered help. I will be going back to him and conduct further business. I have been happy since day one of my purchase back in 2017 and only wanted to switch because I thought I found a good deal, but after the way I was treated by them trying to get my business and the willingness of Mr. Toone trying to still help even though I was going to another company, thats when you know you found a great vehicle dealer!

This review is for Chase City: Approved for a LeSabre but owner wanted me to write a check for the additional down payments 'to hold' to make sure I made the additional down payments agreed to. His reasoning was that if I didn't pay, I'd go to jail since it's a felony to write a bad check in Virginia. Is it even legal for him to want me to do this? Needless to say, I walked away. I remember this guy from high school. It's a shame how people change (for the bad) over the years.

PLEASE DON'T PURCHASE A CAR HERE. BRENT IS A NICE GUY & GET YOU A WARRANTY. HOWEVER, 3 DIFFERENT CAR BUYERS IN A MONTH TIME NEEDS THEIR CAR FIXED. 1 NEEDS A TRANSMISDION; 1 NEEDS STRUTS & THE OTHER ONE NEEDS AN ENGINE. YOU SHOULDN'T NEED THOSE MAJOR THINGS RIGHT AFTER FINANCING A USED CAR. YES THEY ARE USED ALRIGHT...... USED UP & DONE!!
