“I switched my medicines from a larger pharmacy last year to Food Lion in Clarksville VA and have been Totally satisfied ever since. The staff is always helpful, courteous, patient and friendly.”

Small variety of sandwiches, too, and ice cream. A tackle shop is in the building as well. A dock and walkway accommodates visitors from the lake.”
“Whoever closed the store on 10/29 (taller middle age white woman) closed the store 7 mins early and tried to act like she didn’t see or hear me knocking on the door. Other than that I always get great service hence the 4 stars.”
