The owner of the business tell you one thing when he is trying to get your business. He said that he would work with me to eliminate the insurance deductible then he holds your car hostage until you the pay the deductible. In my opinion you can't trust the owner's word. I was not bringing this place a huge amount of business. I only needed some small clips to hold the grill of my old Subaru in place. However, the owner took the time to make a phone call, while I waited, order the parts I needed, and then call me when they arrived a week later. This place will have my business if I ever need it..
