The women who work there are wonderful and I’ve never had any issue with them. Now there’s some new skinny white guy there who won’t even let me pick up a package for my own wife because my name isn’t on the package.

My wife ordered a Christmas present and she got an email saying it had been delivered on our porch. We were home the same day all day and never got any package. Our mail was in our mailbox and no package. We called the post office and they said they would have to call the post master general to talk to the driver to see if he knows where the package went.

Never had any issues here. Staff is friendly and helpful. The hours are a bit odd.

I have been trying to send my family packages of things they need. I'm from Mississippi and they keep sending it back to my address without calling or alerting me in some way. I have been sending packages to this address for quite some time now, and suddenly its an issue. So unprofessional.
