Dane Buse ’ Mountain Mystic (540)-416-4333 Facebook MTNM@Mystic3806 This place is a gem ; eclectic, artistic, with traditional Prints, Original paintings and antiques. I had the mocha mint coffee that was very good. All the while drinking my coffee I was able to complete a short painting class. Dane ( our Artist Host) was able to walk us through step-by-step giving us advice and facilitating positive reinforcement and he seemed to have as much fun as we did. Dane is very open minded and able to support artist as needed. Painting supplies were set up ahead of time with easels and canvas making this painting experience truly a free spirit of artistic expression. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5 stars

Coffee and Crystals ♥️ Today was my first visit to this shop. I was amazed at all the wonderful treasures we found. The coffee they serve called "Fireman's fuel" was great! I recommend this shop to everyone! The lady working was super sweet and very helpful. Looking forward to our next visit.

I've driven through Churchville more times than I can count. 99 percent of the time it's because I'm headed down to Goshen VA. But in the past couple of years, a certain maps program has been rerouting me past Bridgewater and Churchville in favor of another route to Goshen. I can only assume it's because the company who owns that maps program (rhymes with frugal) is evil, and did not want me to find one of the cutest little cafes that opened in 2019 in the quaint little one horse town. How dare you: (rhymes with Kugal). And ya know... the only reason I decided to drive through Churchville and Bridgewater this time was because of a super slow driver on Route 42 that was driving me nuts... and I just couldn't continue on 42 behind them ANYMORE. So, 2006-ish red Subaru Outback, please accept my rescission of all of my prior comments made to myself in my car driving behind you, and let me thank you, for sending me through an old stomping ground and consequently to MTN Mystic Gallery and Coffee. So now that we've gotten those completely asinine details out of the way... MTN Mystic serves a number of purposes in the town of Churchville including but not limited to: A gift shop, a local cafe, an art gallery, a jam band spot, a painting class venue... the list goes on and on. I was in need of a small gift for someone who had been caring for Toast that weekend and came across a plethora of adorably potted succulents and cacti that were so reasonably priced that I ended up buying 5 of them lol. Yes... I did. And guess what... sitting here now, I'm sort of regretting that I didn't buy more. The two people that worked at MTN Mystic ( A woman and man - whom I believe to be the owners) were just about the sweetest people I've met in a long long time. They were both so welcoming and ready to answer any and all questions. Side note, they also think French Toast is very cute which immediately gives them both bonus points and street cred. Turns out that the woman there actually made a bunch of jewelry in a small section of the cafe/gift shop where I also ended up purchasing a pair of adorable bumble bee earrings from her stand for my friend. Now let's talk about the drink I got. I ended up getting an iced coffee and I asked them to add cream. I will say... it was a little heavier on the cream than I would have gone... but it was also the amount of cream that I always WANT to put in my coffee but never do lol. So... one won't kill me right? ;) Throughout the cafe gift shop you can tell that they pay attention to detail. The chalkboard signage, which the man there actually did, is quite colorful and absolutely beautiful. In terms of the iced coffee, they included iced cubes that were made out of coffee #ManyBonusPoints, and a funny little wacky plastic straw which... ya know... I don't know what to say about that one lol. But... ya know what... If they're trying to make that their signature, it's something that I certainly won't forget anytime soon haha. This is gonna be a legit planned stop on my way down to Goshen next time. No more listening to that twisted maps app (rhymes with Caboodle #TM). I'm 100 percent going through Churchville cause I just can't wait to see what I find at this little eclectic spot next.

Mtn. Mystic isn’t...just...a “coffee shop”, although they do serve a selection of gourmet coffees and teas. It is also a hip art gallery featuring local artists.Where this treasure of a business REALLY EXCELS is with their amazing smoothies and what they call “elixirs”. These are amazing concoctions of delicious,, nutritious, and sometimes exotic ingredients. The flavors are something completely unique, and divine. If the Greek and Roman gods were drinking ambrosial libations, they most definitely would taste like the Mtn. Mystic’s exquisite creations. After enjoying good conversation, looking at the sensational art, and indulging in one of their amazing offerings, I always leave with my mind, my soul, and my body feeling nourished. Jeanne and Dane are interesting, talented, and genuinely kind folks. So glad that they are in Churchville and wish them great success.
