“I went to store 2 days back and met new owners of the store. He was asking few of us that as a being customer what we would like to see in the store. He was very polite and nice guys. I am hoping that this new management will do good in next 6 month.”

“Tonya's Food Lion is great. It's always a good mix of groceries across the Spectrum. My inky suffocation is ask I think the deli should take what's left of the hot bar that day and put it out in the cold case, like all the other stores do, so we can grab a quick snack when we're done at the Y if we want to. But the staff is super and they're nice to people and it's a clean open nice place to shop. Is definitely in good hands since Mr Pritchett as well :)”

“Thank you Gammon from the meat department...... I really appreciate your kindness and help this evening. I don't think you realize just how much your kindness meant to me, I am currently on several kinds of medications and I tend to get turned around and easily distracted but tonight you helped to keep me balanced again you are awesome.”

“I shop Martin's often..3/4 days a week at times. I stop before work often as well. I love the floral department! It's always so eye catching & a beautiful selection of flowers ?..The salad bar is a great ! & It's the only place I can get the bottled water my son likes. Also the doughnuts are our fav! Store is always clean - the employees are always very kind. Thanks Martin's!”

“The shopping was great!! The cashier threw my groceries a little hard back into the cart resulting in me finding a torn bag of flour out at my car. I had to go back into store to get a new one. Kind of inconvenient to go hack into store. Would have been 5 stars if not for issue with flour.”

“Don't ask questions. Get some chicken, get a breakfast sandwich. Everything is good. Everything. I've dreamed of this place and this food. My first visit I told the woman I might be back she said "oh you will." Reader, she was right. I went back every day for a whole week. A WEEK!!!! Best down home, hand battered, homemade food I've EVER had next to my grandma's cooking rest her soul. Those ladies are whipping up wonders in that kitchen.”

“Clean, produce fresh and clean, very friendly staff that talks to you instead of ignoring you. The stockers are always checking to see that you find everything you need. The store is well organized and always stocked. The cashiers are beyond the best at friendliness and they are very efficient. I love this place to shop better than any other store in Lexington!”

“This DG is always a little cramped for space but you cant beat the prices, especially the dollar item isle. As far as the employees....some are very friendly and helpful and just like anywhere else you got those that just dont care about the customer. Sadly I got THAT person...lol. moved on. Haha”

“I like going to this store because every time I go in, I always see something different. Though I wasn't planning on spending extra money, the prices are affordable and I don't mind spending it.Dollar General is just that..A General Store that has everything you need. Except...Tracing paper. I NEED Tracing Paper badly. I can't move on with a project I'm working on until I get some.”

“For some reason the pump wouldn't take my tap to pay or chip card. Had to go inside. The attendant was friendly and I was able to get in and out quickly. The pump did give me a receipt so I didn't have to go back inside for that. They lobby have 3 grades of ethanol mixed gas. No diesel nor ethanol free. Getting in an out was very easy.”

“Today was my first experience at this pharmacy. I switched because, if you’re familiar with other area pharmacies you would know that all of them are short staffed and you have to wait days to get scripts. I called before going to pick them up and was told that my scripts would be ready in an hour. I arrived, the line was long but that’s to be expected in this area. Staff was friendly, even came out to sanitize counter area after a mask wearing, presumably sick customer left. Definitely a pleasant experience. Scripts were actually ready! Thank you”

“Decent selection.
Try the pepperoni sliced fresh from the deli. Much better taste. very large slices. Close to typical size of salami. Spices up a club sandwich.”
