They got there very quick.They was amazing! I definitely recommend. They installed my smart thermostat and fixed the wiring mess from the last people.very cheap and professional. I definitely recommend!

The individual who came to the house was courteous and professional. The automated system for appointments isn't customer friendly. Appointment was set up but no time of day was given for the appointment so you are held to staying at home all day not knowing when they will show up. I would have given them 5 stars if not for the appointment system.

Impossible to get a hold of. Contacted them because they had repaired previously. Left multiple messages, texts, and emails after a response they were emailing up “right now” and we didn’t get and email until over 2 hours later. I had a blocked line that was dumping in my yard and they said they wouldn’t be able to come out for over 2 weeks. I ended up using a different company that fixed the issue quickly.

Used years ago they drilled holes in my walls put the thermostat in the wrong place and had exposed wires running in my pantry. Then when we had the owner come to my house he insulted my home. Had to go to court to have them fix all the mistakes they made and then still didn’t paint one room which they had put holes in the walls. Then about two years later the $6000 dollar unit I had them install broke they came out 4 times to replace the freon which was $80 a tank. Turned out it was a copper tube had a hole in it which they just could not figure out. I wouldn’t recommend them.

Horrible. Had them tell my 77 year old mother a $675 "part" was needed. Lol. I instantly called a friend who looked for 5 mins and nothing was wrong other than not programing in the thermostat correctly. Everything is fine.
What a disappointment to think they attempted this theft.

First day Paul showed up and said the capacitor was bad. So I paid for the diagnostic fee, labor, and capacitor. Well that didn't fix it. Then it took them weeks to come back the 2nd time. This time it was Sean which said all he had to do was push the reset button.... it worked for 5 mins then didn't work anymore after that. Again we waited weeks for them to come a 3rd time. Sean said it was the blower motor. He said he would get back with us on the cost of parts and repair. Never heard from him so we put a new one in ourselves. Guess what that didn't fix it. A month later Sean came back a 4th time said it was the circuit board and it would cost $450 for parts and labor. Told them I would call them after Christmas when we had the money. Then we get a bill in the mail for a diagnostic fee and locating short or open circuit. Okay well should I get charged another diagnostic fee if they didn't fix it the first time? Also why am I getting charged for locating short or open circuit, that should be part of the diagnostic fee right?

After a recent house purchase, Shawn set me up with a monthly plan for twice a year service. This has come in very handy! He has been very responsive to issues that we have had with our "new" furnace. Bud has come to the house very quickly to look at the system and was very helpful, knowledgeable, and efficient. A early morning call today about system issues and I already have a fix an hour later!! Great service with family values and commitment and dedication to a job well done. Shawn and Bud have the knowledge and experience to take care of any system issues that you may have, and will treat you like family with dignity and respect!

As I already stated, the technician was prompt, quick and efficient. He was also patient with me, AND MY DOG AND CAT. He explained a couple of things about my system and the thermostat that I wasn't aware of. He also offered me options, which made me feel that I wasn't locked into only what the company suggested or offered.

Why oh why do furnaces and air conditioners always breakdown at the worst time? It’s really cold or hot and on a weekend or holiday. Mine recently broke down on the first cold spell of the season. I called on Saturday before noon and Paul returned my call in the afternoon and stated he would be out later in the day. He made the visit, did some work to get heat and made plans to return the next day with a needed part. He did return the next day complete the work and to complete the work.
