Everyone working at the carwash is friendly and kind. They are always willing to help out and do things for you if needed. The wash has improved in recent months and they pay attention to the amount of tire shine put out to allow a coating without tons of excess to sling up on the vehicle. Vacuums work great.

Have been using this car wash for a while now. I'm always satisfied with how clean my van comes out. Today however, Becca and the gentleman spraying off the van before cleaning, (I'm so sorry I didn't catch your name!) went above and beyond. The gentleman inside has been there a few times when I've stopped and he always takes care to do a thorough job. Becca noticed some grease spots that didn't come off during the wash, and came over and scrubbed them herself. Thank you so much for your extra care and attention to detail!

Fantastic service, excellent value, friendly staff. One staff member explained their sparkle assurance guarantee, indicating that if I found any missed spots then they would allow me to take the car back through at no extra cost. Another staff member voluntarily approached me while I was vacuuming and offered to pressure wash my mats. It’s been a LONG TIME since I’ve seen customer service like this anywhere. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

I highly recommend Whistle Express Car Wash in Christiansburg! Service is ALWAYS wonderful and you see the same faces working each time you come! The workers are always so kind and helpful! I have a monthly membership and come through often it is always a quick and easy experience! Today I was helped by Travis when I had a little mud left on my wheel wells after washing he got me back through to rewash my car with no questions asked! Only car wash I will go to!

Travis and Dalton went over and beyond with my vehicle, and made sure I had everything I needed to finish cleaning the inside and my windows! So I highly recommend taking your vehicle to the whistle car wash where I was totally 100% satisfied with their customer service and hard work! Thank you guys I appreciate and I most definitely will be back!!

What a car wash! And customer service to boot! I hurriedly drove from Floyd, about 20 miles, because I love this car wash. After going through the wash, I was using their FREE vacuum and towels to wipe down the inside of my car and clean my windows, when Dakota came over and said, he wasn’t happy with my car wash, there was a spot on the front that the wash didn’t do well, and would I mind to run it through again! No charge, it’s their sparkle guarantee! Of course I would be happy to do that! Travis brought me my ticket to run it through again and gave me two more days in case I couldn’t do this today. But I had the time today. Once back in the car wash, Major made sure my car got extra spray to get that spot! A big shout out to Travis, Dakota and Major. Just when I thought customer service was in the good ole’ days! HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS CAR WASH. And will gladly drive 20 miles to use it again!

Excellent car wash & customer service!!!! Two very nice young men working were so helpful and polite. The young man took his time prepping our cars before going in to the wash. Free vacuum and cleaning supplies. We washed and cleaned both our cars for $10 each. I will definitely be going here again!!Services: Auto detailing

Came through for a quick wash and was amazed by their professionalism! I was approached by an employee named Travis (I think!) and he wanted to make sure my car was clean as possible! He noticed there were a few bugs still left on my hood and he had another employee scrub the bugs and allowed me to get another wash for free! Travis was very professional and personable! Purchased the $10 wash and was greeted by a nice young man that walked me through the on screen prompts, very professionally and courteous. The wash itself was very through and my Acadia came out looking like a polished gem. The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 was there were no towels and the spray outlet did not work so I had to use the one from the neighboring spot. This was the most amazing car wash I’ve ever been to! The manager took his time and brushed/sprayed my entire car to ensure all the bugs were off! My car shined after and I only got the basic $5 wash! I loved the air hose option and the ability to hang my mats while I air hosed/vacuumed them! The vacuums were very powerful too. Staff was beyond friendly and hard working! I’ll be back for sure!Service: Vacuuming

A very wonderful car wash! I love the concept of this car wash and wax . I love that it employs people to wash my truck. Quick and easy car wash with spectacular end result every time. Love the ease of the car wash and the fact that they have free vacuums. Staff there is also amazing to deal with. One in particular, Dakota, I’ve seen there and he’s awesome! Always polite and has great customer service.

One visit and allowing a clerk to charge a wash to our debit card resulted in months and months of confusing recurring charges attributed to a different business name. Complaints and communication still have not resulted in a refund and required us to contact our bank, and waste hours and hours of our time and money - hundreds now. DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE YOUR CARD.
