Walked in there a couple of weekends ago to look for some boots, and nobody even acknowledged I was in the store or asked me if I needed help. Won't be back.

The store is overcrowded with merchandise. Would love to do some rearranging to free up floor space and have more room to move around.

Lady was very nice. They have a HUGE selection you just have to work around things to find what you are looking for. The place is pretty packed. But they have everything from wallets to denim. Check them out.

My friend recommended this store to me because I’m ready to buy a new pair of boots. Her experience was a lot different than mine. I’ve never felt so uncomfortable and unwelcome at a store. There was absolutely no interest in helping me. I went to a local store versus going to boot barn because I was expecting a little more help. I was wrong.

Entering the store, customers treated me poorly. Store owner did not acknowledge my existence and did not try to help in anyway. Young adults made fun of my race and was extremely rude the whole time I was in the store. As a person of color, Latino, I did not feel safe in the establishment. People made fun of “Dora the Explorer” and other derogatory comments while I tried to shop. Nor did the staff try to reduce the misbehavior of their customers within the store.

Customer service is great; very helpful. They had boots in my size in stock which is great! Didn’t have to order online. Highly recommend if you are looking for boots.

Great selection of clothing and footwear, staff was very pleasant and easy to talk to, and they were genuinely happy to have you there. Felt like going into a close friends store even on the 1st of many more to come visits.
