Sam one of the workers just come to bring a car in front of my house I told him to not do that becouse it was my parking and I'm pregnant and he was so rude and incompetent, he didn't knock the door or ask if was this house ? very bad

I recently had the misfortune of my car breaking down on a busy highway, but thanks to s&a towing the experience turned from stressful to surprisingly pleasant. From the moment I called, their customer service was outstanding—friendly, efficient, and reassuring.
The dispatcher estimated a 30-minute arrival time, and they were right on the mark. The tow truck driver arrived promptly, equipped with all the necessary tools and a smile that immediately put me at ease. He was professional, clearly experienced, and took great care to handle my vehicle properly.
What impressed me most was the driver’s willingness to explain the towing process and answer all my questions. He even offered helpful advice on nearby repair shops, which was a lifesaver.
Overall, this towing company exceeded my expectations. Their prompt service, professionalism, and genuine care for customers truly set them apart. I highly recommend them to anyone in need of towing services. They turned a potentially stressful situation into a smooth and reassuring experience!

The owner answered all my calls and questions no matter how many times I called or how late I called. They go above and beyond and make sure that whatever kind of vehicle they are towing they treat it as their own. They kept my car clean and scratch free.

Called to see if they could come jump my car and tow if it couldn't get started. Technician was prompt and had my car running in less than a minute. When asked about the charge, it was $75!! I couldn't believe it as it was $75 for less than a minute of work. I understand you have to make a profit, but that is straight up greed. I like to support small businesses when I can, but will not support them again if needed in the future...

Hands down one of the best companies to work with. 5 stars are just not enough. I have used S & A towing for many years and absolutely love their service. They are quick , efficient and down to earth. I recommend them to everyone!

Waited 2 hours for another towing company who never showed. Called here and they were there in 10 minutes. Service was fantastic and the prices were great.

Keep changing prices on vehicles towed from college. No set price when you offer a cash price you need to honor what you told someone.

Having nothing to say but great things about S&A. Timely, Responsive, Courteous in helping my stranded daughter who is 4 hours away from her family. They actually checked her car out before towing, and got it up and running and on her way. They didn't have to do that but they did. I am grateful.

Very pleased with S&A Towing!! Couldn’t ask for a better group of guys to get you off the side of the road! They answered the first time calling even though it was later in the evening & I knew it would be hard finding someone to tow. Let us sit in their truck to keep warm so we wasn’t out in the cold. Would recommend these guys to anyone in a heartbeat! Keep up the great work S & A Towing!!!

If your car gets towed prepare for a freaking $261 fee.
Lady on the phone was nice.
$261 is a straight robbery.
