Never had soo much misdelivered mail except in cburg. Either there is rampant theft among the carriers or they don't know their numbers. You know it's bad when you report missing packages they claim are left in a mailbox and not a word after.

After paying twice for a change adress going in and filling out paper form twice we still are not getting mail we have not received a light bill for months we had to call aep to learn lights would go off next day unless we came up with 300 dollars we struggle to make ends meet I was sent a form from ss last Nov I still have not received its no wonder online everything is the best way to go and postage rates go up serves goes to hell

A post office and they don't even provide any tape. You have to buy your own and it's $1.75 for barely a few strips. Not even a roll.

As a retired postal worker, I know what to expect from the post office. I’ve never had a problem with postal management until moving to Christiansburg Va. when we moved here, I submitted a forwarding order from our old address. The postmaster instead held my mail instead of delivering it to the new house. For 3 weeks we got no mail, including our deed, insurance policies and all our business mail and billings. I had to file a complaint to national Postal inspection Service to start getting my mail. We have a lockable curbside box and live in town. I had an outgoing package and put a note on the mailbox alerting the carrier to walk to our porch to pick up the package. It’s a 40’ walk to the porch. The carrier did not pick up the package. Instead, he left my mail and ignored the note. ??? I like the postal service and have never had a problem until moving to Christiansburg.

The post office itself was fine. The lady who waited on me wasn't very friendly at all. I've had more pleasant experiences at this location.

Not sure when two 4" pieces of packing tape started costing $4.. but they legit won't tape a box closed here. This is the only post office I've ever been to with this issue. That's upsetting. At least charge me $.50 for tape and do the thing. Sad.Not to mention the lady in front of me told them her mother had passed and she needed to forward her mail.. no "I'm sorry" or anything... WowI will say they were handling several varied issues quickly while I was there.. hence 3 stars

Great customer service, wish they were more consistent with closing during holidays. Alot of people were coming in on Juneteenth, yet online it says they're open. I can understand this is the second time they've closed, but the fact other government buildings are closed and mentioning it online is problematic.Juneteenth aside- the way they set pickups up is very weird. I'm closer to the post office B by less than 10 minutes compared to post office A, yet they insist I go to A because of my address. ¯\(°_o)/¯Might be nit-picky, but it's inefficient to drive all the way out to A for sparse hand-sized packages.

Friendly and helpful employees. The shipping supplies are always fully stocked. And other than right before closing time, there is rarely a line.
