“For reasons unknown, Toyota center is being really slow with appointments lately. Expect to spend time just sitting.
Toyota express was over an hour getting an inspection. This is not express. Express has never been fast...ever.

Shelor installed a hitch. Apparently they received an incorrect bumper template but, they automatically reordered what we needed and will replace at their expense. We are very happy with the quality of work and service with the Toyota department. We still trust them to completely take care of our RAV 4.
Had to go to Express Lane for inspection, was in and out about an hour. Happy with the service as always and staff are very friendly. I'm still not understanding why Shelors has not figured out how to make the "Express" faster.

“What a neat place! I made the drive up to look at a specific Honda Lagreat but when I got there I learned that it was on hold. So I drove an odyssey that was very similar but just didn’t quite meet my needs. Jeremy promised to call me if the person holding the Lagreat for some reason didn’t make the purchase. To my surprise Jeremy called back the next week and said it was available again and said he would gladly hold it for me so drove back up and checked out the van/test drove it and I ended up taking it home that evening. I’m very pleased with my purchase and even more pleased with the customer care. They seem to be a great Christian company and very trustworthy. Everything I looked at while being there was in great shape and exactly what the pics and descriptions show online. The showroom was a whole experience of its own.
