They have 2 people working. And about 15 or 20 customers waiting in line usually have to stand a hour or too, they're very rude. They take forever doing things when you walk in. They just sit there and stare at you. They sit and talk to certain customers for a very long time when they could be helping someone else. Went to the one in Fairlawn and had great service.

Even thought I chose not to activate my phone or account with US Cellular after a nightmare with their online and phone customer service; I have to give credit to the guys at the store on Market St. in Christiansburg. Gabe, Chris, and David made a stressful situation much better with general conversation. Thank you Gabe for holding on the phone for over an hour with your customer service peeps to get my refund and everything setup. Like I said US Cellular won't be getting my business anytime soon but I could go with out recognizing the great customer service I received at this location. Thank you!

Changed over from verizon to us cellular, my mother had been long time customer of us cellular. Set up for 2 lines, bill is $100 over what was quoted to us. Will be dropping them soon

The guy that helped my daughter and I(can't remember his name 10/30/2022) was amazing with his customers service. Although they had closed while we were still waiting he took the time and attention we needed. He did not rush us and made sure we understood everything before leaving. He was so knowledgeable and helpful. We were 100% satisfied with all he done.

Service was rude, unprofessional, and did not seem to want to help. Store waiting in store for over an hour, even though there was only two customers ahead of me. When I finally did get help, guy seemed to want to take advantage and rip me off more than help me flirt what I wanted. This is not the first time I’ve received this type of customer service from the Christiansburg location. I’m leaving us cellular completely based on my experiences with this store.

Will Hunter is a tremendous asset to Cellular sales. He put this non savy senior citizen at ease and clearly answered all questions (There were many questions.) He gave me good advice without any sales pressure. It was a very good sales experience.

The cell service is terrible here in SW Virginia. The money you are saving over Verizon is not worth it. Call drops, lack of coverage in to many areas, and 5g service isn’t worth talking about. It’s a great thing that my work cell is Verizon. After my time with this carrier My personal cell service will be going back to Verizon. Ask yourself before you sign with someone … what’s important to you! Look at it because the few dollars difference isn’t worth losing a cell service especially when you really need it.

We had the option to upgrade our phones and were given promotional credit each month on our bill to cover the cost of the new phones. We thought it was a great option, but it’s turned out to be a nightmare. Since December, every month we’ve had to call to have our bill corrected. Then deal with several rude representatives that have talked to us like it’s our fault and that the bill is correct. It takes several hours each month to finally get someone to figure it out because it’s such a mess. Never again. We’ve kept them because it’s the only service at our recreational cabin but now will be looking into other options.
