I have my business account with this bank. And I last year started in May some one stolen my debit card information and used it to bought things on amazon. I didn't recived any alert email or anything from bank to let me know about those transcetion. usually i checked my statement but last year June my 2 years old daughter have a heart problem and we had sew doctors. I put all my attention and time into take care my daughter. I trusted this bank before so I didn’t check my statement really well. Until this year March , when I fielded the tax for my business and I found out this transaction and I went to bank right away got card cancel and try to got disputed. First time dispute is declined. I called Amazon and Amazon found out all this transaction made not though my account and it’s all s

The people here are great...this bank, as far as a financial institution, is awful. While I could list the various reasons why..I think it boils down to, basic customer service. Again, there is no lack of this basic skill set as far as their local branch employees go..~edit/update~ in response to the "owner(s)" response, again..this is not due to a lack of quality customer service at my local branch..Atlantic Union Bank, as a financial institution, provides terrible customer service. My local branch employees are courteous, and knowledgeable. But, if I need something, say a temporary debit card, and an employee tells me, that they have a very limited number of replacement cards, that have to last them until the end of the year...how does that even make sense..? Just one instance/frustration, coupled with seemingly numerous minor inconveniences (these are are not first-world problems), over the years, that add up to one large disappointment.

It's only fair to share the good. I needed documentation of deposits made for 6 months. Brittany from the drive-thru went above and beyond printing these out for me it was much more work than I ever expected. Much appreciated.

Terrible location. Drive through is incredibly poor shuts down Lanes right at closing time with people lined up around the building. Today I come by and they're closed for inclement weather when there is absolutely nothing on the roads. Even the schools would be open today, if we had any that were open.

I've banked with Atlantic Union since they were FNB and always found their customer service and product variety to be top-notch.

Horrible customer service. Manager Lauren doesn't care at all about business clients. Moving my personal and business accounts to NBB come first thing next week. NBB knows how to treat people right!!
