“The place is a small building and the parking...i don't want to say lot because that would imply it is big...space is quite small especially when there are a bunch of trucks there. Doug was a great guy. We were going on an 1300 mile round trip haul in a 26 foot truck. Well I had never driven a truck that big before. We reserved it for earlier in the day (5pm). Doug called us and said it wouldn't be there until 10pm and we could pick it up then or tomorrow. The reason it was late is he wanted to give us the new truck being delivered because of our long distance. He then stayed there until 10:30pm and helped me figure out where all the controls were. He then threw in some supplies for our move. I checked the mileage and it was like 53 miles. A brand new truck. When we returned it he asked how we did and seemed genuinely interested in how the move went. It was a little stressful getting the truck late (10 pm vs 5pm) but the new truck, constant communication and great attitude of Doug made it a very pleasant experience.”

“The parking lot is bad, especially for the larger vehicles. I can see the gravel and slope being pretty tricky for someone who has no experience driving larger vehicles. That curve right by the exit too is kind of dangerous. I know you can't really do much about that but maybe something can be tweaked. All together, though, this location is the most efficient and organized that I've rented from before, and the vehicles are all of the quality I'd expect. No smells or obvious internal damage.”
