“Never thought I’d be leaving a review for a Towing Company, but I felt compelled after the care, patience and kindness I was given. AAA sent me to them when my car overheated on 81 late at night. Wesley Gordon was a blessing in disguise towing my car to the nearby hotel at 10 pm and letting us get all of our camping trip packed to the brim carload out. Needed it towed to Northern VA and 25% into his drivers trip, I threw him for another loop when the service center said they couldn’t take me so I had to switch locations by about 47 additional miles. He was patience and helpful throughout the entire ordeal and worked with his driver to adjust. Most towing companies wouldn’t do that. These are morally sound humans. I just wish I lived closer and had a consistent need for their services, they’d have a customer for a long time! Thanks Wesley for being a light during a stressful moment.”

“Very professional and fairly priced I came to the shop due to a/c issues was taken right in and told my service would take about an hour so myself and my 2 young sons sat in the lobby while we waited to which we were made to feel at home...George went out of his way to make sure we were comfortable and my son was entertained it's nice to be somewhere family oriented! C&k will handle all my car needs from now on and I will recommend them to everyone”

“My pickup broke down in Christiansburg, and we couldn't get any help, we called these guys and they were right there. Towed the truck all the way back to Bluefield, we're very polite and courteous, handle my truck with respect, and didn't charge me my first born child. Very happy with the service, super nice guys.”
