I have known Todd for many year's now and he is absolutely amazing at what he does and his Jewelry is top notch and one of the absolute best in the NRV and even further, his craftsmanship is some of the best I've ever seen and he does an awesome job on repairs also, he always has a great selection and great service as well. Todd the owner of Todd’s Jewelry has shown nothing but Terrible customer service after I confronted him about taking my ring and not returning it to me, plus not making the $500 refund I requested (the cost of my ring he ruined, and then destroyed) he completely ruined my ring,he never made the repair right,or returned my costs at all.I showed him my receipts from payments on the ring he ruined and then he admitted to melting my ring down for his own profit.He said violently and hatefully he melted my ring down. He said “Go ahead take me to Court you don’t have ANY evidence now”.Why would you as a business do that and NOT RETURN my ring to me?Even a refund would have been better than arguing with me the customer when HE as a Jeweler intentionally DID NOT do the repair correctly or Refund the cost of my ring to me by now,from the mess he made of my ring.And destroying my ring all together.It has been 4yrs.and Todd’s Jewelry STILL has NOT even tried to return my money owed back to me or make this POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE situation any better.I have tried to get my money back only to have him deny everything and he NEVER RETURNED my ring or my money I paid and I still have my receipts for my ring I trusted them to do the repair on.This is still a terrible, unkind Customer Service situation that could’ve been avoided and handled much better.I STILL WANT MY Money Back!!!

Excellent Jeweler!! They sized a keepsake ring for me. The ring wasn't expensive so wasn't worth spending a lot of money on. The ring was a gift from a Aunt with emotional meaning, that is what makes it so valuable to me.I needed the ring to be stretched to go from a size 9 to a 10.5. However the ring was not sturdy enough to stretch without damaging it so he found another way. It worked, the ring fits and gave me a fair price for what I was asking.

My fiance & I came into Todd's Jewelry looking for the perfect engagement ring. We had looked at several other places but didn't find "the one" until we walked into Todd's. I was wanting something a bit different. Sapphires & Diamonds seemed to be the combination we kept coming back to. We looked at a few rings at Todd's that he had in the case, they were all beautiful but just weren't the one. My fiance mentioned the sapphires & diamonds combo that we kept coming back to, and Todd said he had a really cool piece in the back, his son TJ had made it in store like a day or two prior to us coming in. So it was a one of a kind. As soon as I saw it, I knew it was "the one" I'd been searching for. I wanted it immediately. My fiance liked it a lot too. Todd & my fiance wanted to make sure I was actually going to be happy with it, so being as it was a Friday, they encouraged me to think about it over the weekend. I was worried someone would buy it before then, so Todd offered to hold it for me at no cost. I took some photos of it before leaving it on hold with him. All weekend I kept looking at the photos of this ring. I was certain this was the ring for me. On that following Monday morning, I went in to buy it. I was so excited, so my blood pressure was a bit high. The problem with that is my fingers were larger than normal, so this ring that was a bit loose 3 days ago, fit perfect. I initially didn't understand why it magically fit until Todd's explained it to me. He said wear it for a week or two, my excitement will calm down, then come on in & he would size it for free. I wore it for about a week and a half, & noticed some of the white gold was rubbing off. I took it in, Todd explained it probably wasn't dipped well, so he was gonna redip it for free being as it had only been about 10 days, & resize it. I was super excited when I got it after resizing & redipping. You couldn't even tell it had been resized. Phenomenal work! I had a prong breaks not long after, TJ fixed it same day for me. This is an awesome place to go to for all your jewelry needs! Very professional & welcoming people. Thanks Todd, TJ, & All! ?
