Update 5/29/2024This store seems to have all new employees. I returned for my "free" oil change today after buying new tires 3 months ago. I was told that my appt was actually for the next day. I know when my appt was. The waiting room was packed and I overheard a waiting customer grumbling about the service. I advised the employee to just cancel my appt. He told me not to use the word cancelled because it sounds like I'm not coming back. I'll just pay to get it done elsewhere. Hopefully they'll get things straightened out.2/28/2024I cannot say enough good things about this store. I was initially considering Tire Rack for new tires, but I called Tire Discounters and spoke to James. He patiently answered all of my questions, and with a free alignment and oil change, they were cheaper than Tire Rack. On appointment day I met Kelly who was incredibly nice, professional and funny. Zachary and Dennis were my technicians and they did a great job. I love my new tires! I cannot recommend this shop enough. In the short time that I was in there I saw a young college student who needed work done. James was so kind and the young lady was treated fairly and with great respect. I also watched Kelly patiently take great care of an older gentleman and helped to make sure that his flat tire was taken care of. Bottom line: these are kind professional local people that will fix your car or sell you tires at a fair price. Highly recommend! Thank you for the great service!

These guys are amazing! Paul was able to squeeze me in after an emergency. In addition to being experts, they’re friendly, quick, and accommodating. 10/10 recommend.

EXTREMELY KIND MECHANICS! I wish I found this place sooner!!! Sooooooo sooooo sooooooo much better and more affordable than jiffy lube. Great service all around by being kind, all their reccommendations were on point and not pushy at all. Once again mentioning how affordable everything was! I got 4 tires replaced, included was a free oil change AND tire alignment. Also helped put back the skid plate without extra cost.

Once they take your money they will never treat you good, James is a very rude non-polite with anger problems salesman, definitely will never come back.

Great experience. I was traveling through town from Texas and got a nail in my tire. I pulled in and explained that I was traveling and was in a hurry. The guy at the desk accommodated me and got me in right away. The service was fast and friendly. Would highly recommend.

I blew out a tire while driving on the highway on a Saturday afternoon! I'm from Indiana and wasn't sure where to go. Tire Discounters was amazing! They got me right in and got a new tire on so quickly without breaking the bank! The staff was so friendly and I am grateful for their amazing service! Would definitely go there again if/when I'm in town!!

Outstanding. i had left my home 7 hours away, and got stranded 4 hours from where i needed to be, my car broke down, i stopped at 4 different shops in christiansburg, NOBODY could figure it out, but this shop, not only took care of the car, but made the stressful situation a lot less stressful, it’s a very positive atmosphere, and i made it to my final destination without any issues! HIGHLY recommend

Popped a tire on a Saturday on the way from Salem to christiansburg and put the spare on. Called them just a couple hours before closing. A lot of shops would have taken the opportunity to use the emergency as an opportunity to take me for as much money as they could. But Kelly didn’t. She actively worked to find ways to save me money all while squeezing me in their schedule near the end of the day. Customer service like that matters and I’m inclined to travel out of town the next time a vehicle needs work just to make sure my money goes into the hands of a company deserving of my business. She truly saved my butt today and has earned my future business and referrals to friends and family moving forward. Thanks Kelly!

While driving home to Florida from New York we were having some tire issues . Tire light was going on and off even after stopping for air. Technician checked the air and made sure all were balanced and we were in our way. Great customer service! Thank you!

I ran over a screw on the interstate late on a Friday and needed to get new tires put on my truck early Saturday morning, so as to continue my trip to D.C. The folks at Tire Discounters got me in and out within an hour of opening on Saturday morning. Can't recommend them more highly!
