“We had a tire blow out on our camper while passing through the area. Our roadside service said that NTB Christiansburg had a replacement tire in stock and we limped to this location on our spare tire. John at the front desk was very helpful and sympathetic to our situation and was able to get us processed quickly. The tire tech, Jon, worked safely and quickly to get the replacement tire installed on our trailer to get our road trip back on track with minimal delay. During the process, they identified that the blow out likely occurred due to a to an under-rated valve stem that was on it and offered to upgrade the stems on the remaining tires for a discount to help prevent the same problem from happening again. We took them up on their kind offer and are confident with their expert opinions. Frankly, it was better and faster service than I expected for a Sunday morning. Thanks!”
