I called on the 29th of June because my friend told me he was mobile, as it turned out he wasn’t which was totally fine. On the phone call I was very impressed with how knowledgeable the man was and he told me I could drop it off Monday, July 1st but he didn’t know when he would be able to get to it due to the holiday. Again, totally fine. I called Monday to double check and I never got an answer. I have called about 4 times since then to see if they would be able to take my car and not once has anyone picked up the phone. I understand being busy, but to not answer for 2 weeks after telling someone they could work on your car was very disappointing.

The Mechanic has been more than friendly and awesome to my family. We have recently had my husband's and daughter's car there for repairs. They were honest and fixed exactly what was wrong and did not try to up sale or fix more than needed. The gentleman was very knowledgeable when we called and even saved us over $1000 on our daughter's car than what we were originally estimating. You have definitely gained new customers.

One of the best mechanics in the NRV; friendly, reasonable rates, honest and are open around holidays and weekends. If you need a trustworthy mechanic in the Blacksburg/Christiansburg areas try them out!

The best mechanic shop by a mile. Great communication throughout the process and quick turn around on a transmission replacement. Steve saved us big time as his shop was ready and willing to take our vehicle when it broke down on 81 during the memorial day weekend. Highly recommend.

My tire got a nail in it and was flat this is the only place we could make it. Refused to help me and told me they were busy and to drive on a flat tire. They said we are busy it literally takes 2 seconds to plug a tire

My daughter is a student at VT and I've been encouraging her to find a trustworthy mechanic. It's hard for young women to find a place where they get treated well IMO. She went there just for an oil change. Could not have been a better experience. Even though her boyfriend was with her they talked to *her*. Didn't talk down to her. Found some things that needed attention (eventually) but didn't pressure her to get stuff fixed. She's there for 4+ years so really happy she found a trustworthy mechanic.

The reviews for this shop are so good I kind of thought they were fake, but you can take it from this weary traveler that these guys really will get you back on the road faster than you thought possible. Not only did they find the issue right away & charge a reasonable price to fix it, the mechanic answered all our questions with the hood popped & gave us an impromptu parking lot tutorial about things to watch for in the future. Excellent mechanics!

This mechanic shop is by far my favorite, they are thorough and kind. The man I spoke to on the phone gave me step by step instructions on how to fix my car because I was in an emergency situation.This mechanic cares not just about your car, he cares about you as a person.
