“I haven't been to any other branches but our small business opened an account here recently and we could not be happier with the whole experience. The service has been absolutely outstanding! Moving a business account can be very difficult due to day-to-day business issues. It's hard to just close a business account down while still serving your customers. The people here sat down with us and planned out the whole process, walking us through each and every step, ensuring that the transfer was smooth and painless. We even diversified out account profile with no trouble at all. We were dreading the process and the Union Bank people really took charge and talked us off a ledge when we were in a really stressed out and overwhelmed place.”

Probably, the main reason is a friendly and personable banker by the name of Alexia.Alexia was not only very well informed and professional, but she was also very patient. She didn’t only help us set up our small business account, but went over and beyond explaining business and personal banking options with Truist.She spent almost two hours answering every question about every detail we asked. She made us feel welcome and appreciated at every minute we spent there.I also must mention that the front desk staff were also extremely helpful on every visit.I don’t know about Truist completely to make a rating on the bank, but the staff in this particular branch deserves recognition.”
