I brought my vehicle in for oil change, tire rotation and to check air in my tires. Dustin was the person we dealt with at the counter. He was great to work with. He answered all our questions without any problems. However I noticed my air pressure in my tires was higher than recommended. When I asked Dustin he said they wrote down the air in my tires was 33 as recommended. Dustin was kind enough to double check and this wasn’t true. The reading on my app was correct and too much air was in my tires. This is the second time I have had my new car in for them to service. Each time something goes wrong. When we got home my husband checked the oil and noticed there was oil all over the top of the motor. Very messy job. I will be thinking hard on whether I want to go back. The two stars I gave was due to excellent customer service by Dustin. I can’t thank him enough for being so professional.

They couldn’t find my truck because a girl was out sick and they couldn’t find paperwork. I had to make 7 calls to finally get an answer if it was done. Frustrating.

For reasons unknown, Toyota center is being really slow with appointments lately. Expect to spend time just sitting.
Toyota express was over an hour getting an inspection. This is not express. Express has never been fast...ever.

Again disappointed with wait time at the Toyota center but, other than that, we're happy with the service.

Shelor installed a hitch. Apparently they received an incorrect bumper template but, they automatically reordered what we needed and will replace at their expense. We are very happy with the quality of work and service with the Toyota department. We still trust them to completely take care of our RAV 4.
Had to go to Express Lane for inspection, was in and out about an hour. Happy with the service as always and staff are very friendly. I'm still not understanding why Shelors has not figured out how to make the "Express" faster.

Tire Rotation and new engine and cabin filters. Great service and wait time fair.

If you go I highly recommend Brian, answered all my questions, made us feel welcomed, total understanding of situations and wanted to make us the best deal he could. The whole experience was great and I was able to leave with the truck I wanted.

Shelor Toyota had a great selection of vehicles. We were able to customize mine with just what I needed and not a bunch of pricey add-ons. The salesman Sean was understanding and accomodating. In the end, I got a great price for exactly what I wanted from really nice and fair people…. there’s really nothing more I could ask for. I wish the dealership was closer to my house, but it ended up being well worth the trip. Also, I traded in an amazing car that never missed a service, so I know they get high quality, well cared for, relatively low mileage for age, used cars!

We had a major mechanical failure on the way to drop our son off at VT. Shelor was able to look at the vehicle the same day and get our repair done in 3 days. Very happy with the service! Thanks!
