I called Shelor on a Monday morning to schedule an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation and found out that they had no availability that week and very limited availability the next week to do it (this was a surprise as I have always been able to call on a Monday and get an appointment before the end of the week in the past).
So, I arrived Tuesday morning at the Shelor Express lane at 7:15AM and was 6th in line. When they opened at 7:30AM, they had me pull right in and they completed my oil change and tire rotation in less than an hour! I was driving away at 8:20AM. Very happy with how quick the service was and how friendly the staff is.

2 hour wait time is unacceptable. In the future I will pay for my inspection instead of going here.

Very disappointed for going there to get an inspection for a car that was bought new there!! Replaced a burned out back up bulb with a led n was told isn’t working (it was)!! They put regular bulb in then service manger n lane representative n then myself put the LED back in when I was leaving well well it was working fine!! Shelor has now lost another customer!! Do better especially inspector Barker!!

Had an appt, for inspection. They were busy but on time with my appt time and was out of there within an hour!! Eric was great.

They charged me $24 for their "free battery checkup", it says free on their website and they wouldn't refund it or discuss it. Took 4 hours for an oil change, they charged well over $100 for it, so cost for oil change and battery check was $131 and half a day. Pay it or you don't get your vehicle! I tried calling and emailing, got nothing. Awful!!Service: General repairs & maintenance

I went to MM Express to get my Camaro inspected, they said it had a twisted brake line and a bad side light bulb.They charged me 75 bucks to fix them both, but later I noticed they didn’t even change the bulb.This is not the MM I expected, this is ridiculous and I have lost all respect for this place. They might as well just become a Ford Dealership.MM is dead to me!
