This is an edit to my initial review due to the poor response and way that Shelor chose to address my concerns. I'm editing primarily to further elaborate on my issues. Communication was primarily initiated by me; while it's true "we" spoke, we spoke because*I* called rather than I was kept updated. I initially called Monday and was given a Wednesday appointment; my car wasn't looked at until Thursday. I had to call about the status. The location lost power on Friday; rather than call and inform anyone, I found out Friday when I arrived. I left my contact info with the individual informing me of the site's loss of power and asked to be called when power was restored; that didn't happen. I find out when, again, *I* called to ask and arrange payment. The primary concern was resolved but an underlying and likely related issue was ignored; I explained both when scheduling my appointment and when dropping my car off for service that the engine power lagged in low gears for unknown reasons. Staff were friendly and courteous but, given that I left to do everything aside from fixing my car, I'm not eager to return. To add further insult to injury, I was called to follow-up on my concerns. The individual was polite, apologetic and courteous, and asked to take down my contact info so he could call me after trying to get to the bottom of the issue. That call never came. Instead, what I received was the attached response by customer service essentially telling me that they're sorry I had problems with the way things were handled but that it's on me and not them. I subsequently chose to lower my initial rating from 2 to 1 star, and have no current plans to access the Christiansburg location in the future. This isn't how you serve customers and treat people when they encounter problems.

My salesman Jason went above and beyond my expectations to get me the exact vehicle I wanted. Went in Saturday evening and they were busy. Talked to Jason about what I wanted, looked at inventory and couldn't find one available. By Monday evening he had not only located what I wanted he had it on the lot waiting for me. Excellent service!!!

Fast, convenient , professional. Free Coffee, hot chocolate, bottled water, lounge with a TV and a pet friendly area to have your dog with you plus outdoor seating. Nathan was a great help, very informative and nice. Thanks.

Great experience as always! Very friendly and accommodating staff. Excellent service and relaxing waiting area. The staff is fast and accurate. They get you right in and out. They give you all the information to make an informed decision should you need further service work and never try to upsell you on unnecessary products and services! Five out of Five Stars. We have been extremely happy with the entire Shelor experience from Sales, F&I and Service. Our only regret is that we didn’t start doing business with them sooner. We send all our friends and family to Shelor!!!
