I pressed low octane on the pump I was using this evening and was charged an extra dollar per gallon for regular. Ok, maybe I pressed the wrong grade. But I know I did not. When I went inside to complain about the overcharge the clerk stated that they would not refund the difference. I told her I wanted a manager to talk to or a district manager as I wasn't leaving until I got the difference back. So as I'm standing there, instead of calling her manager, the cashier phoned the police. I did talk to them and left. So be forewarned, is it the pump ripping me off or was it me that has been buying gas there for the last 15 years and usually the same pump. The cashier? Why call the cops when you're telling the customer you are calling your manager? Must have thought I just got off the interstate and would just leave.

Average gas station & convenience store. The gas burns & makes my car go down the road, so no complaints. I usually just stop by to top off the tank and rarely buy anything else from gas stations. The staff have been attentive & courteous each of the few times I've gone inside.

Traveling through Christiansburg Va.we stopped at this Shell station. We filled the car and used the restroom. The store and restrooms were sooo clean. The attendant John was very kind too.

Although the gentleman was very very decent and very professional I bought two shredded beef with cheese burritos and both of them were moldy. They need to start checking their food apparently they set out before they got put in the freezer again

Poorly maintained pumps. The credit card reader did not work on the first pump. The second pump was terribly slow.

The card readers don't work, and they insist you prepay. So if you don't magically know the exact amount of gas you need and want to avoid the hassle of getting a refund on your card then you're better off going to the 7 Eleven across the street.

Stopped by at 11:55 to grab coffee quickly with our infant who was upset in the car and the lady said they were closed. There were no signs that they were closed at all and online it said they were open. Subpar customer service.

Stopped for fuel on the way home from visiting our family over Christmas. The fuel we picked up had a high water content and caused us to be stranded. This issue has lead to a 2500.00 repair bill. We purchased premium fuel and choose Shell due to their quality.
