usually this sheetz is very good about food, but it's been very inconsistent recently, I ordered a meatball sub a few days ago and it had the appropriate amount of sauce, and then when I ordered it yesterday it literally looks like they put a tablespoon on each sub and the bread was stale. very disappointing.

Late review but I was up just thinking this group of staff from morning to night was awesome I was working pipeline from July -December 2023 big shouts out to that group

The service is good, employees are nice and friendly most of the time and usually the food is good, fresh, and comes out quickly. But half the time it’s cold and un-fresh, almost stale and takes almost an hour to come out. Me and my friends have gotten food poisoning multiple times recently and it’s really regurgitating.

Regularly get cold food that should be hot when ordering online. I called and was told it wasn't their problem. They leave the food on the counter until it's picked up, which is anywhere from 5 minutes to 50 minutes. The only place that does this.

Food is good and prices are reasonable. Staff is always friendly and helpful. Store does often get very busy but is well cleaned and stocked.
