I stopped by to get a recliner for my husband,who just had back surgery. Caleb Guard helped find what I was looking for and get through the purchase. Overall pleasant experience. The finance person was very pleasant as well.My husband loves the recliner too.I would recommend Caleb as a go-to at Shewels. I'm not always the easiest person to do business with. But he was graceful under all my scrutiny.

My sales person, Ben, was wonderful. He was very kind and helpful. The BOGO qualifications were miss leading. The end tables were unavailable at the store and I left the store without any merchandise when I was told I could take the floor models at full price. When I was eating I got a call and got a small discount of I still wanted them. I did wind up getting them. However, the rest of my immediate furniture needs will not be provided by Schewels.

Great shopping experience. I'm excited about my new living room suit we purchased. The salesman (Ben) was there to answer any questions for us and helped guide us but was not pushy. I am not a fan of a pushy salesperson, I will walk away and not buy anything if they are like that. I'd recommend shopping at this location. Had plenty to choose from and friendly staff.
