They let me make a purchase on a broken terminal. Money was taken out of my account, but said it would be refunded and I would need to purchase again. Erica, the less than friendly cashier, said this happened to the customer before me too. I would avoid there this weekend because it seems their system is out of order!!!
I didn't end up purchasing again because I don't trust that they would actually refund me. The manager literally crumpled the receipt in front of me.

Store is an average size but they are really lacking in a lot of departments. Shoes are very slim pickings as are purses. Decent selection of dresses and store does seem to be kept up with good. Staff is nice, however, on two occasions in the last week there was only one cashier in the evening which wasn’t enough when I was there. Also, Ross should really invest in an easier way to get those alarm tags off of the items, it doesn’t look easy and when you combine that with the fact that just about every item has one, it makes the check out process very slow.

It was a little difficult to find my way around, but that could have been bc it was busy. Definitely more expensive than I expected. But not bad.

How is it possible that there is no bathroom service, so I have to be careful to enter before going to the store or run to another place because where I am shopping they do not give me this service

The store was in shambles. Clothes laying all over the floor. Probably due to lack of employees, but very off-putting. The cashier we had was friendly and apologized for our wait to be checked out.

This store has some cool stuff and cheap but that store was in a real big mess. Clothes all over the floors and items on their shelves are in total chaos. I do believe it was all organized at one time but now idk what happened looked like a tornado hit it. Just saying.
