Horrible treatment
I told these people I don't know how the process works
I don't get medi or pedi
I wanted to treat myself to something new since I will be leaving the country for my birthday celebration
I was super excited thinking I was going to be in a safe place
Disgusting treatment, I have every reason to believe I was treated poorly because of the beautiful black skin I am proud to wake up with every SunRise day
I hope you workers in that shop get treated the same way you treated me

They do real good jobs but they are getting too expensive. I went to another salon in Blacksburg for that reason.REGAL CHARGES for every single thing they do for you pretty soon they are going to start charging the public for each Q-Tip, toothpick.

Today I had a great experience here! I had my old SNS set removed and a new SNS (with tips) done. This is the most attractive manicure I’ve ever had and “Max” was so gentle and careful. I can’t say enough good things.Also, over a year ago, I brought my two daughters (ages 6 and 7) for us 3 to get pedicures and manicures and it was a truly lovely experience then as well!Services: Manicure

Got a full set done march 10th ended up going back march 11th because the paint started to chip but march 15th more paint was chipping off. Now march 20th I have 5 nails that are chipped and bubbled up. Not to mention that my nail beds looked awful when I left on the 11th.Service: Acrylic nails

I went to this shop every three weeks for two years and one day I call to make my appointment as usual. A fill for my nails and pedicure for my mom. The lady asked what time I’d like to come in and I said 1pm, she said 1:30 was better. I went in for my appointment and the shop was full. After waiting for 30 minutes I asked if me and my mom would be seen soon because I needed to get back to work. The shop manager said I could either wait an additional hour to be seen or go somewhere else that could take me right away. I asked what’s the point of making an appointment if you won’t honor the time and she proceeded to tell me how busy they were and repeated that I can leave and find somewhere else. For two years I went to this place, recommended their service to my friends and that was what she told me, wait or leave after she asked me what time I wanted to come in. I haven’t been back since and to be honest I am sometimes tempted to because they really do good nail work but it’s the principle of it.

Completely rushed and totally ignored me the whole session. Extremely rude when questions were asked and she felt the need to talk to the other lady that worked there the entire time. I never got a thank you or come again all I received was “I’m done.” That’s what I get for not going to my normal nail tech. Never again.
