I tried contacting Reed Storage by phone and was prompted that I could book online, I go online and the size I need says to contact them. I call them back and their voicemail is full. I go back to their site and retrieved an email address, which after typing out my email, I realized was an invalid email address. It should not be this difficult to reach someone regarding a rental.

The ppl there are so nice to there costomers. I got a storage locker. The Man I talked to was exstreamly nice. If I had any problems on my phone to set up the payments he said to call him back. Very nice

Reed storage was easy to book online, the location was convenient enough to Radford and Christiansburg. The prices were affordable. However getting in contact with the company has proven difficult as we have received no confirmation of vacating our unit and I'm not sure I've seen our security deposit come through. Also, I needed access to my items in order to load our moving truck around 9 am on a Thursday morning...ended up waiting 25 minutes for the gate to be opened even though the hours were listed as 9-5. When I tried to contact the office in multiple different ways- no luck. Works great if you don't want to interact with anyone, but if you end up needing them, good luck.

Awful experience. It was so hard to find and there were junked cars everywhere. I had to find them in ba dark smokey office that my SUV couldn't get close to and then they told me I needed some parts to be able to tow and that I could get them from Walmart. They had nothing on site. Totally dirty scary place.

First impression was...well this looks like a place from a horror movie. Theres scrapped cars EVERYWHERE including on the paths around the units. Its prices are decent, however honestly the biggest problem is that they close waaay too early. I went there with ALL OF MY DESKS AND FURNITURE around 6...only to have to drive back because they close at 5:30. My friend who I asked to help me with a truck was not happy. Not a deal breaker. Its just inconvenient to have only a few hours a day to bring or take stuff. I missed it several times aswell, maybe because I thought it looked abandoned from the look of scrapped cars littered all over the place...definitely NOT aesthetically pleasing. It looks like a scrapyard.

Save your time and money. This place looks like an abandoned scrap yard. Tried to pick up a UHaul there today with a reservation. They did not even open. Cost me a bunch of time I didn't have. What a joke. Should be negative 5 stars.

Don't waste your time or money using the UHaul rental from here. First off the place has no room to turn the big trucks around and the whole front building is nothing but abandoned cars and junk. I tried to pick up there today and they did not even open.... Had to have my reservation changed around costing me time I didn't have. What a joke of a place. Negative 5 stars if possible.
