There's just a sound of a phone picking up then abruptly hanging up I was told this is the best in the area and I just need a simple fix guess I'll do it myself with some plastic concrete or whatever it is :/

I’m leaving a one star review due to my recent experience with this shop.Context: my car was involved in a collision right before I had to drive from Florida to Virginia. The damages to the rear I mentally noted and recorded via photos and videos best I could. I contacted these guys a around a month ago as they were recommended. Their availability seemed scarce as I had to have an appointment a month later.I show up today, tired and groggy, and do my best to summarize all of the damages that I noticed to my car. I pointed out malfunctioning exhaust systems, popped out reverse light, misaligned rear bumper (it is knocked low by around a centimeter and has noticeable gapping between it and the trunk trim), and attempted to point out the sides of the bumper (which before had small gaps between it and the rear fenders but were now seamless due to the collision I thought). The only damage noticeable at a glance is the ridging of the bumper as it’s warped where I was hit and a low hanging exhaust (I noted might be due to the pushed in bumper or the exhaust getting knocked a bit loose). The man who came out to give me an estimate said that he believed it was (I don’t remember the phrase he used) ‘iffy’ the damages I pointed out. I started at the obvious rippled look of the bumper and then pointed out the exhaust. Instead of following my logic, he explained that the exhaust tips would be damaged if the exhaust was knocked lower, disregarding any of my logic or any other explanations. I could tell he was making mental notes as to whether or not I was being fraudulent. I pointed out the way the valves were no longer functioning on one side due to a wiring issue that I even tried to fix myself, he said again thst it was ‘iffy’ and that he doesn’t do that. I responded, okay that’s fine, I mainly am just worried about the bumper (as it’s something that’s cheaper and I thought to myself I could just order new wiring or fix it in some janky way). I pointed out the misaligned lights with the trunk lid and he said that the alignment goes off of the top of the light and the panels, which seemed fine until you looked at the bottom where the lights, trunk lid, and the rear bumper meet (obviously misaligned). A minute detail I had noticed and mentioned was the spacing between the bumper and the rear fenders. What used to be a small gap was now nonexistent, though he took that and previously mentioned things as more fraudulent mental notes because he explained that the tip of the bumper (which was flexed a little outward and a little dirty) was suggestive that it was always like that since it’s bolted. I didn’t remember to explain the fact that there was a gap there until later as I had only remembered in my head,“damage where fender meets bumper on side”, my mistake. He then apologized and said he can’t do ‘iffy’ stuff, implying fraudulent or maybe too minute of damages, and that I work with another body shop. I pleaded to look at the point where the bumper meets the trunk but he reiterated he can’t help me and went inside.I feel disrespected and I’ll be going elsewhere with my business. I don’t know what this warning may do for others, but I would not recommend a place quick to assume wrongdoing and/or unwilling to hear me out.

I have a 2012 vw jetta (diesel) and I hit one if those Floyd County deer... The car was WRECKED I checked around and was recommended by a friend. I was very impressed with the speed they got it fixed despite being busy, the final price was what the quote specified. Very nice to work with. I would go here again!
