Excellent, exceptional help here today! Needed a new battery because discovered very bad corrosion on the battery terminals. Richard showed me my options for a battery, and worked very carefully to remove the old battery. Had to be super cautious with the connection that had acid drip down into the connection under the screw hole. Used a lot of WD-40 and patience to make sure that nothing would get stripped or broken. Even the hood latch was a little sticky and he WD-40 that as well. Wonderful experience! Highly recommend you get your parts there and any help you need.

RICHIE and JACOB have been very helpful in the process of getting my '97 Ford Ranger XLT 4WD fixed up. Some parts were wrong- but the return process was simple, and I got the correct parts the next day.If you've got questions about Rangers- Richie's your guy. Just make sure to speak up. Ol' guys got some cotton stuffed up there. lolStaff is overall friendly and talkative.

Knowledgeable folks.. One thing to keep in mind if you're purchasing a battery/hoping for them to install... If you have a newer car, or a car with remote start..they most likely won't do the install. Keep in mind, this is per their company guidelines, and not by the employees choosing. I'm fairly certain this is fairly standard for most auto parts stores these days (autozone, advance, etc.) Just fyi.
