Bought a headlight switch because my lights would flicker and go out sporadically. Installed new switch, and kept having same issue, bad news since it's a much more costly repair. Took the new switch out since I no longer need it, packaging and part both completely intact and go to return it. Man here asks if I installed it, which I said yes (how am I supposed to know if that fixed the issue?) He tells me I can't return the part after its been installed. After a quick back and forth, he tells me he'll refund my money, but that I can't buy anything here again. Good riddance.

I went here today for the first time to get an oil filter, cabin air filter, and engine air filter for my vehicle. I also picked up a bottle of Hot Shot's Secret Diesel Extreme. It was the only place in town that had everything I need in stock/readily available! Friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable staff. I will definitely shop here again! :-)

Had a brake line bust while traveling. Went to several auto parts stores in the area looking for the line I needed to get back on the road. They each told me they didn't have what I needed and weren't in the least bit interested in trying to help. I went to NAPA and they were very helpful in getting me back on the road. They had the adapter I needed to connect my brake line. They made sure everything would fit before I left the store. These guys were awesome to work with and knew what they were doing. Thanks NAPA you were able to get me home.

This store has a family run business type atmosphere about it. Whether you order online and pick up in store or just walk in and ask about something they are always very helpful and courteous. NAPA quality is well known but it's the people there that make this store more friendly and enjoyable to stop at.
