These people are so unprofessional, rude and pretty much racists. I will not be returning ever!! The worst nail experience ever. I even gave them the benefit of doubt and went a few times to make sure I wasn't tripping and no it's definitely not me

i don’t usually leave bad reviews but here we are. got my nails done with acrylic and they literally fell off the day after, the polish was done poorly too and they were uneven. they were literally done terribly. i called and the employee on the phone told me to come back and get them redone with no charge. drove 45 minutes there a few days after and they refused to redo them.

I will NEVER waste my time or money here again. My daughter took me to get my nails done as an early Christmas gift. I don’t think I’ve ever seen such incompetence. Her nails have already started falling off and it’s only been TWO DAYS! Neither of our nails were completely covered, the nail polish looks horrid and the acrylic is bumpy and uneven. She spent $122 for half a$$ work. What a waste of time and money. Save yourself from the embarrassment and go anywhere else to have your nails done!

She left dirt under a nail, was very sidetracked. She cut my skin. When I went back the next day to redo the dirty nail she redid it no problem, BUT she painted the side of my skin and didn't clean it; and when she painted it she painted over the residue left from filing the nail. THIS WAS MY FIRST AND LAST TIME!

I was really disappointed because staff were really rough with my hands, but weren't paying attention to what they were doing. They were too busy watching the TV instead of paying attention to their work, which resulted in really uneven thickness of my nails.Services: Acrylic nails

I will never be going back here. This is my third attempt.i paid $70 for my brows and nails. My brows are okay. But nails are horrible. They didn't even give me a manicure. My nails are super thick, they have dents, and it looks like they've grown out for a week the day I got them. Do not recommend.Services: Acrylic nails

I got my nails done there last Sunday. Within 2 days 3 of them bent down the middle and broke. He used super thin nails and not enough acrylic to support it. I spent 65 plus a tip...Not worth it!!Service: Gel manicures

I am only giving this place two stars because I liked how my manicure came out. The place is disgusting and cluttered, which is ironic because hoarders was on. The woman who did them was extremely rude and was very rough with my nails. Then I went with the other dude and they were TALKING about me and my mom in some foreign language. If you are wanting to come here just know you wont be treated well.Service: Manicure

The salon wasn't very sanitary. They used the same tools for me and someone else with pedicures. They WAY over charged and put in minimal effort. The nail brushes at the sink were covered in a rust colored film, and no towels to wipe your hands. They used the most minimal amount of lotion, and cheap bath and body works lotion. My hands were really dry after the manicure. Got my eyebrows done. Her hands smelled bad. It was a rough experience. The place needs a thorough cleaning. It isn't sanitary. I won't go back, and recommend you don't go. An inspector needs to check this place out.Services: Nail painting

If I could give a zero I would. I never leave a bad review but this was ridiculous! The girl who did my nails was so High she couldn't keep her head up. Never even clipped my toenails. She didn't use anything on my feet literally took them out of the water and barley painted them. She dropped 3 bottles of polish and then couldn't get the brush in the polish because she was so high. At the end she tried to get her kid to rub lotion in my feet. That's when I left and refused to pay!Service: Pedicure

I only wished I would’ve read the reviews first!!! Blake is rude and probably shouldn’t even be working with the public!! This place is unsanitary! Couldn’t get an appointment with my usual nail place and decided to go to nail Trix since I was at the mall. Big mistake!! Will not ever spend another dime here!!! Nails look ridiculous!!!!!
