So, I'm curious how a photo of MY nails, which were NOT done at your store, but we're done at OMG! MY NAILS by a very skilled professional who has exclusively been doing my nails for over 6 months, ended up on your Google site???!!? They are definitely MY nails, as they are MY rings that are also in the photo!! I believe this is what is commonly referred to as "false advertisement" and "catfishing" the unsuspecting public into thinking YOU did something you most definitelydid not?!? ***FOR ANYONE CONSIDERING YOUR SERVICES**** I would caution them on your honesty and integrity, as you have flat out knowingly lied about your abilities in this salon!! That picture did not "accidentally" find it's way to your site. Pretty shameful that you stole this Pic from OMG! MY NAILS website and try to pass it off as your work... you could have at least tried to replicate the design on one of your customers or employees and then posted an honest pic of your OWN work...OR, maybe no one there is that capable??? BUYER BEWARE!! I would seriously question their abilities now!!
EDIT** Upon further review, you not only stole 1 pic of my nails from OMG! My Nails, but you stole 2!! REALLY!! If you are going to steal pics, you may want to make sure you take the ones with NO identifying rings in them!! TOTALLY DISGRACEFUL!!!
Please avoid NAIL ENVY...for HONEST service, go to OMG! MY NAILS...Kelly will make sure you get what you want...HONESTLY!
2nd Edit** After reading your response, it is clear you did not even take the time to try to read and understand my original complaint. But, why would I expect anything different from a facility that steals other's work and claims it as thier own?? Shameful.
Anyone wanting HONEST service from a salon that does thier best to understand and please thier customers, please go to OMG! My Nails... you won't be disappointed!!

I can’t thank Anthony enough for fixing my nails. He did exactly what I wanted and he even custom mixed the nail polish I wanted. I will definitely be back!!

Anthony did an amazing job on my nails! I had a previous set of acrylics that needed to be filled in, and one nail that had snapped, and they were able to take me as a walk-in and get be taken care of right away! Anthony was extremely skilled and proficient, and as someone that does not know much about nails, he made sure everything was to my liking and gave me the chance to correct or change anything if needed. Overall I could not be more happy with how my nails turned out and I will definitely be coming back :)

So me and my 4 friends came in to get 2 pedis, a fill and a mani. when we sat down there was still water in the tub from the last person who were in the chairs. they took almost 30 minutes to come over and change the water. when we did get water the hot water didnt work so they gave up boiling hot water off the stove. when the technicians finally came over for the pedicure they couldn't understand what we were asking for at all. my friends big toe had a crack & instead of fixing it it was made worse. my toe shape has been completely altered. what makes it worse is that they barely used any products and tried to scrub my feet with water... the other nail technician was asking my friend what tools to use... then my friend who was suppose to get a fill started to get her nails soaked off. they are just all over the place and untrained. only person worth going to this nail place for is DUSTIN

terrible results. I'm so disappointed in the service of this establishment. i am not one to be dramatic but as someone that finally decided to treat myself to something nice and having such horrible results I couldn't help but tear up, i asked nicely for a refund or for them to redo my nails with a solid color rather than a design and was denied both.

My experience at the nail salon was disappointing. Despite repeatedly explaining the style I wanted, the nail technician didn't deliver and rushed through the process, resulting in sloppy work and sacrificing quality. There was a lack of attention to detail, and overall, it was a bad experience. Since Tony left, I haven't received the service I used to, which is disappointing.

3 star review on Google is accurate. Visited the salon on a Sunday, with my daughter. The gentlemen that serviced my daughter was patient and kept repainting her nails, no matter how many times she hit them. I did not expect her nails to be perfect whatsoever, because she is 3, and I wanted her to get the experience, because I was getting my nails done. However, the lady that serviced me was quite rude and offputting, and she seemed annoyed that my daughter was getting her nails done, although she was not person servicing her. My manicure looks terrible and rushed, she barely even cut my cuticles. Lastly, if you're gonna provide services for children, make sure you have the appropriate supplies for children as well. I was told they didn't have flip flops for children, just the adults. It is distasteful for anyone to walk out of an establishment without shoes. Save your time and go across the street to Nail Story.

I’ve been coming here for many years and today was the last time I will be coming. I got SNS nails and showed the picture of what I wanted 3 times but they ended up not the shape, color, or design. I was burned by the machine and didn’t get a manicure. My niece was with me and they cut her 3 times. This is honestly upsetting when you have to pay $110 and not get what you wanted. It was a waste of money and I’m very un impressed and un pleased.
