wasn't too happy with my visit. brought my 2010 prius in here because the hazard lights were flashing on their own when accelerating, a known problem with this model of prius. it somehow took the technician 3 hrs to diagnose the issue --- even though it's a known problem, that i easily found myself when looking online --- at $140/hr. then, they quoted me $2,800 to replace the whole ABS pump.
1 week later, i fixed the issue on my own (took about 1 hr and $50 for a socket wrench and extensions). the car runs perfectly now. so i guess i paid $420 to find out exactly how much i would save by solving the problem on my own.
customer service was ok, but i dunno what they're doing in the garage.
